Sicily meets Hungary.

Born out of a long artistic partnership and friendship of two bands, this show represents a taste of an international collaboration of five musicians from the fields of traditional-folk-jazz-experimental music.

Sicilian trio Oi Dipnoi draws deeply from the wells of tradition, while creating a new sound full of personality. The diatonic accordion is supported by a strong rhythm section of bass and percussion, producing a charming and light fusion with elements of jazz and progressive archaic folk. Yukatengi duo plays energetic, lively and sophisticated music, with elements of different folk, based on heavy drums and modified violin.

Two bands merge into one: the result is a powerful mix of Mediterranean and Balkan sound, and lots of heart.
